
Fundraising is never easy, but we'll handle the dirty work!
We love being part of the community, and are actively involved in helping create revenue for charities, fundraisers and other not-for-profit organizations. Our Fundraising Program has helped more then 25 organizations over the past 5 years including the Women's Center - High Desert, The Refuge, The Salvation Army Ridgecrest Corps and several local area schools generate revenue for their organization.
If you're accepted into our program, your organization will receive 2,000 coupons to pass out at your events, local businesses, etc. (Please note: we do not let organizations pass out their fundraising coupons at our Blue Rocket location) When a coupon is redeemed, you'll get a portion of the proceeds and we'll wash the cars! We'll keep a tally of the total coupons redeemed, and mail you a check on a quarterly basis.

What is the StarFleet membership cancellation policy?We have no long term commitments, and your StartFleet Memebership can be cancled at any time. All membership cancellations must be done at least 7 days prior to the billing date to avoid any further charges.

What kind of pricing do you offer?our StarFleet car wash plan prices vary depending on your company’s plan purchased and the number of vehicles enrolled. We can provide steep discounts for the greater number of vehicles in your StarFleet membership, but we work with each potential member to find a solution that fits needs and budgets.

Can you negotiate or go lower on price?The more vehicles you enroll in StarFleet, the lower your fleet plan price will be. Our fleet manager will work with you to find the best solution that fits your company's needs and budget. Our wash quality beats the competition, making us a shining star among car washes.
Fundraising Program Terms & Conditions

REQUIREMENTS:

Your organization must be a year round organization. Example: A year-round travel baseball team will be chosen for our program vs. a seasonal baseball team.

Your organization must be a non-profit. We may require a not-for-profit tax ID before you are accepted into our program.

We review potential organizations for our program throughout the month, and will notify your organization the first week of the month if they have been accepted.

If you have applied to our program, your application will be kept on file for 90 days, and your organization may be accepted into our program at any point in that 90 day period.

Distributing your organization's coupons while on Blue Rocket property will result in expulsion from program.

Failure to deposit the fundraising checks to your organizations banking account within 30 days of the postmarked date may result in expulsion from the program.

Checks will not be reissued except for a valid reason. If a check was lost due to contact information not being up to date, it will not be reissued.

If you have not received your check, please notify us immediately. Checks are issued fiscal quarterly (March, June, September, and December). Checks for schools will not be mailed out in June, but will be sent out in September when school is back in session.

It is the organization's responsibility to update contact information. If we attempt to contact you and do not have the correct information, your organization will be dropped from the program.

When coupons are ordered, we will make three attempts to contact you: twice via email, and once via phone. If coupons are not picked up after the third attempt, your organization will be dropped from the program.

Blue Rocket reserves the right to change/alter terms of our Fundraising Program at any time.

The coupons are not for resale. If the coupons are resold, your group will be immediately expelled from the program.
